1. Move the cursor to <Tumara VC for Skype> icon on the system tray to see if Tumara VC connects correctly to Skype client:

- If Tumara VC is correctly connect to Skype, you will see 'Tumara VC for Skype(your Skype Name) Click to Talk' in the mouse over image.

- If Tumara VC is not connected to Skype, you will see 'Tumara VC for Skype() Click to Talk' in the mouse over image.

If not connected, please go to Skype client "Tools->Options->Privacy->Manage other programs' access to Skype", find all <Tumara VC for Skype> items and remove them. Then start Tumara VC for Skype from the Start Programs Menu and allow <Tumara VC for Skype> to access Skype as indicated below:

2. Please uncheck "Show Contact Groups" at Skype View menu, otherwise <Tumara VC for Skype> might not be able to find the contact name you say if he is outside the current group.

3. English names can be spoken as words or alphabet sequences:
- For example, say /t a m I/ as word for the name tommy
- Or you can spell the name by saying each letter of the name: T-O-M-M-Y

4. Number strings need to be spoken as separate digits, but it can be spoken in Chinese or English:
- 0625: zero six two five (English)
- 0625: lin liu er wu (Chinese)

5. If some contact names are hard to speak or recognize, you can rename them in Skype. Just right click on the contact name and select 'Rename". Then re-start <Tumara VC for Skype>, and try again.

6. When your Skype contacts are renamed or updated, please re-start <Tumara VC for Skype>, so that it can re-synchronize with Skype to get new name list.

7. When using IPEVO free-1 USB phone, please plug the USB connecter to PC first, switch free-1 language interface to Chinese or English, then run <Tumara VC for Skype>, click 'LIST' key and say the contact name.
